Builders
Montage Cabinet’s single most important advantage may be our turnkey business model. With Montage, we handle the entire process from specification through installation and service. Once we’ve successfully bid your project, a typical encounter with our showroom goes something like this…
- An accurate and competitive bid will be presented for your review in a timely manor, complete with VE (Value Engineering) ideas and solutions, if requested.
- One of our Sales & Design Experts will measure the kitchen, bath, or other area in the drywall or framing stage. If needed, we can also work directly from blueprints.
- A complete design specification and kitchen layout is created using 20/20 software.
- Your order is electronically sent to one of our manufacturing facilities where your kitchens are efficiently scheduled and manufactured.
- Kitchens are then shipped just-in-time to our local showroom or your jobsite.
- Your cabinets are then installed by Qualified Installation Experts. Our installers are all about cabinets. That’s what they do. They consider themselves professionals and the end result certainly reflects their professional attention to detail. Prior to leaving the job site, the Installer will also take care of any service items and performs final adjustments.
- Any necessary service items prior to close (trade damage, etc.) is handled by our service team at Montage. It’s done locally and by our own team – Our goal is to never delay your ability to close on a home.
- Typically, cabinet companies only offer installation services to large national builders. Montage offers our same efficient, cost-effective turnkey service to all builders regardless of size.
Montage Cabinets Supports Your Sales Staff!
If you have a selection center, Montage provides selection center support – Sales training, design services, samples and product selection.
However, most medium size builders don’t have a dedicated selection center. In that case, our local showroom serves as your selection center. Most of our local/regional builders have one or two styles specified in their model home/s and then send their customers to the Montage Showroom to meet with our design experts to discuss upgrades and options. It’s like having your own showroom without the operating costs.
